Thank you for purchasing our Advent calendar! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you make the most of your Bitvent Advent Calendar.
1. Create a Polygon Wallet
To use the NFTs from the Advent calendar, you need a Polygon Wallet. Here’s a simple guide to creating a Polygon Wallet using MetaMask:
- Install MetaMask: Download and install the MetaMask extension for your browser.
- Create a Wallet: Open MetaMask and click on „Create a Wallet“. Follow the instructions to create a new wallet and securely note down the seed phrase.
- Add the Polygon Network:
- Click on the network dropdown menu at the top of MetaMask (it defaults to „Ethereum Mainnet“).
- Select „Add Network“ and enter the following details:
- Network Name: Polygon Mainnet
- New RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com
- Chain ID: 137
- Currency Symbol: MATIC
- Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com
- Click „Save“.
Your MetaMask wallet is now ready to receive and manage Polygon NFTs.
2. Redeem NFTs
Each NFT in the calendar can be redeemed through this page. It may take up to 3 weeks for the NFT to appear in your wallet. Once the NFT has been transferred, you will receive an email notification.
3. Airdrop Next Year
Each redeemed NFT will trigger an airdrop next year. Keep your wallet ready and check your emails regularly for more information.
4. Mystery NFTs and Hardware Gadgets
Each Mystery NFT in the calendar can be exchanged for a hardware gadget. You can choose a gadget from a list once the NFT has been received in your wallet. You will be informed via email.
5. Raffle on 25.12.2024
On December 25, 2024, there will be a raffle for tickets to Token2049. Keep an eye out for more details in your emails.
